Enfield, NH–Frank J. Gauthier, 85, died Thursday, October 5, 1995 at the Mt. Ascutney Nursing Home in Windsor, VT.\u00a0 He was born in Lebanon, NH on November 26, 1909, the son of the late Frank & Rose (Dessert) Gauthier.\u00a0 He was a lifelong area resident and was educated in the local schools.\u00a0 For many years he was employed as a truck driver for Decato Bros. and Green Mountain Lumber.\u00a0 He had also driven a school bus in West Canaan for several years.\u00a0 He loved the outdoors and was an avid fisherman.\u00a0 He was married to Marcia (Parker) in Glastonbury, CT on August 29, 1940.<\/p>\n
Survivors include: his wife, Martha (Parker) Gauthier, of Windsor, VT; daughters June Nott of Quechee, VT and Jean Pillsbury of Enfield, NH; brothers Raymond and Louis Gauthier of Lebanon; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren,\u00a0 nieces, nephews and cousins.<\/p>\n
Preceded in death by: sisters Marie Fountain and Eva Bonneville and brother Henry Gauthier.<\/p>\n
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at St. Helena’s Church in Enfield and burial was in the Sacred Heart Cemetery in Lebanon.\u00a0 Ricker Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
