Morse"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>from the April 10, 1996 issue of The Country Chronicle<\/p>\n<p>Enfield, NH&#8211;Bernice A.\u00a0 (Heath) Morse, 104, died Tuesday evening, April 2, 1996 at the McKerley Healthcare Center in Lebanon, NH.\u00a0 She was born in Grafton, NH May 31, 1891, the daughter of the late Daniel &amp; Lila (Chase) Heath and was an Enfield resident for most of her life.\u00a0 She attended Enfield and Grafton schools and the Bay Path Institute in Keene, NH.\u00a0 She was married to Walter C.\u00a0 Morse Oct.\u00a0 9, 1911 in Enfield, NH.\u00a0 Mr.\u00a0 Morse died Nov.\u00a0 2, 1987,\u00a0 She was a past member of the Relham Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star; the Women&#8217;s Relief Corps; the Grafton Grange; and the Ladies Society of Congregationalists of Newport, NH.\u00a0 She was active in church and town affairs.<\/p>\n<p>There were no calling hours.\u00a0 Graveside services will be held at the Mt.\u00a0 Calm Cemetery in Enfield Center, NH will be announced at a later date.\u00a0 The Ricker Funeral Home of Lebanon, NH was in charge of arrangements.<\/p>\n<p>Survivors include:\u00a0 a daughter-in-law, Edith E.\u00a0 Morse of Greenbackville, VT; a grandson, Claude S.\u00a0 Morse of Manchester, TN; a grandson, Thomas I.
