McLain, 85, died September 11, 1993 at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH.\u00a0 She was born August 19, 1908 in Lancaster, NH, the daughter of George Belanger and Flora Leighton.<\/p>\n<p>She attended Lancaster, NH schools and had been a resident of Lebanon for over 30 years.\u00a0 She was the widow of Almon G. McLain Sr. who died in 1988.\u00a0 Mrs. McLain was a member of the United Methodist Church of Lebanon.\u00a0 Her daughter recalls \u201cHer main interests in life were her family, children and grandchildren, and her many friends at the Rogers House in Lebanon.\u201d\u00a0 Monday evening from 7 to 9 pm.\u00a0\u00a0 A funeral Service was held Tuesday; burial was in the Valley Cemetery in Lebanon.<\/p>\n<p>Survivors include: Daughter, Beverly Wilkins, Lebanon, NH; 7 Grandchildren, 5 Great Grandchildren, Nieces &amp; Nephews.<\/p>\n<p>Preceded in death by: Son, Dr. Almon G.
