Adams, 66, died Monday morning Oct. 18 at the McKerley Healthcare Center in Lebanon, N.H.\u00a0 She was born in Enfield, N.H., may 27, 1927, the daughter of the late Albert F. &amp; Gladys M. (Whittier) Wilson.\u00a0 She had been a lifelong area resident and had worked for many years at the Baltic Woolen Mills.\u00a0 She loved to work in her flower gardens.<\/p>\n<p>Friends can call at the Ricker Funeral Home in Enfield on Wednesday evening from 7-9 p.m., funeral services were conducted Thursday afternoon at 2 p.m. in the West Lebanon Baptist Church on Seminary Hill.\u00a0 Burial followed in the Lakeview Cemetery in Enfield, N.H., the Rev. Dean Eggert officiated.<\/p>\n<p>Memorial contributions may be made to the Norris Cotton Cancer Center, One Medical Center Drive, Lebanon, N.H. 03766<\/p>\n<p>Survivors include a daughter, Rita Simms of West Canaan, a son, Richard Adams of West Canaan, a son, David Adams of Orange, a sister, Elizabeth Wilson of West Canaan, a sister, Cynthia Hall of West Canaan, a brother Clifford Wilson of West Canaan, nine grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>from the October 27, 1993 issue of The Country Chronicle Louise E.
