Brant"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>from the May 4, 1994 issue of The Country Chronicle<\/p>\n<p>May 4, 1994<\/p>\n<p>Richard W. Brant<\/p>\n<p>Laconia, NH \u2013 Richard W. Bryant, 76, died at his home in Laconia, N.H. Saturday, April 23, 1994.<\/p>\n<p>He was born in Brockton, Mass. August 10, 1927, the son of Harold &amp; Marion (Langley) Bryant.\u00a0 He attended schools in Goffstown, NH and was a U.S. Navy Veteran of World War II.<\/p>\n<p>He was a Conservation Officer with the New Hampshire Fish &amp; Game Department in the Grafton County area from 1948-1978.\u00a0 During this time he resided in Enfield, N.H.<\/p>\n<p>He was a member if the Conservation Officers Relief Association, the N.H. Association of Retired Law Enforcement Officers; the Social Summit Lodge #50 F. &amp; A.M.; the Wilkins Smith Post #1 of the American Legion; and the Pemigewasset Valley Fish &amp; Game Club.<\/p>\n<p>There were no calling hours.\u00a0 A funeral service was conducted at 2 p.m. in the First Congregational Church of Lebanon with the Rev.
