David G. Fellows, Sr.

Enfield, NH–David George Fellows Sr., 60, died at hid home Wednesday morning, August 14, 1996 following a long illness.  He was born in Burlington, VT February 23, 1936 a son of the late Dean & Mary (Corrigan) Fellows.  He attended West Lebanon High School  and served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1953-1956.  He worked for Hathorne’s Part Co. in West Lebanon for many years.  In 1980 he opened his own business, D & S Auto Electric in Hartford, VT.  In 1992 he moved his business now known as Dave’s Starter & Alternator to Lebanon, NH where his son continues to operate the family business.  His first priority was his family.  He also enjoyed travel, gardening, and flying his Cessna Airplane.  He was married to “Midge” (Braley) Jan.  21, 1956.

Friends called at the Ricker Funeral Home in Lebanon on Thursday evening from 7-9 p.m.  Funeral Services were held Friday morning at 10 a.m. in the Cardigan Mountain School Chapel in Canaan, NH.  Burial followed in the Lakeview Cemetery in Enfield, NH with Pastor David W.  Gray officiating.

Survivors include:  his wife, Mabel I.  (Braley) Fellows of Enfield, NH; a son, David G.  Fellows, Jr.of West Canaan; a daughter, Ann Fellows-Coady of Quechee, VT; a daughter, Vicky McDaniel of Williamstown, VT; a daughter, Bonnie Colburn of Enfield; a daughter, Dorrie Fellows of Enfield and four grandchildren.
