Resident of this area all his life where he attended Canaan and Enfield Schools. He was employed at Baltic Woolen Mills in Enfield and later worked as a meat cutter. He drove the Butcher Wagon, a meat delivery business in Enfield for several years. Later, he went to work for Ward Bakery in White River Junction where he was a Route Salesman for over 20 years. He was married to Marguerite Evans March 12, 1938 and they had made their home in Enfield. He was a 60 Plus year life member of the Hartford Lodge of Elks and a past member of the Lebanon Moose Lodge. Friends may call at the Ricker Funeral Home in Lebanon on Tuesday evening from 7-9 PM. An Elks Memorial Service will be held at 7:00 PM. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 2:00 PM at the Funeral Home in Lebanon. Following cremation burial will be at a later date in the Oak Grove Cemetery in Enfield.
